Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds for a couple of acoustic sets will be teaming in the coming weeks which will the extra performance will be met by Dave Matthews Band.

Matthews and Reynolds will alongside each other at the Sunday stop of the Dave Matthews Band Caravan on August 28.

Performance featuring are Dave and Tim together, Sunday's headline will also showcase sets from The Roots and Gogol Bordello.

While on 4th September Sunday will also offer up performances of The Low Anthem and Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, fans on the West Coast will get a chance to see three consecutive nights of DMB.

Jerry Mickelson of Jam Productions said, "This will be a happening site. We took an old steel mill and greened it, so it's all about bringing it back to a different use".

Mickelson, David Matthews thought that unused property will be perfect for the holiday.

"When the Dave Matthews Band called and said, 'we need a site in Chicago,' I immediately thought of this, 'cause I've had it in the back of mind for many years, especially when they took down the steel mill.

Jam Productions, and a large number of politicians were instrumental in the development of an ambitious project.
