Dave Matthews Band to release album on Sept 11!!!

On Sept 11,2012, the members of Dave Matthews Band will going to release an album titled "“Away From the World”

They previous released their album in 2009 named “Big Whiskey and the GrooGrux King,” and since then they have been out of picture. It would going to be there eighth studio album, they will be dedicating this album to their former saxophone player late LeRoi Moore, who died in an all-terrain vehicle accident in 2008.

“Away from the World” features 11 songs, including “Mercy,” which was released earlier this year on July 16.

“I love this album,” Boyd Tinsley, the band’s violinist, posted on Twitter. “It came out of a very special and creative studio session.”

Band to pays tribute to Dave Mathews!!!

The band will be appearing at the Kitchen Pass this Saturday to pay tribute to Dave Mathews.

Ryan Clifford, bassist Rashad Abu-Azzam, saxophonist Neil Newcomb, drummer Benny Montgomery and violinist D-Sharp Gleaton are the members of bands as the band re-creates the style of the platinum-selling jam band. But instead of impersonation, the band goes for emulation and celebration.

“We have so much respect for DMB and what they’ve been able to accomplish,” Clifford said in a press release. “As fans, we love getting together with others to celebrate and give tribute to DMB and their music.”

Huge Show By Dave Mathews Band

A massive show at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater on July 11, 2012 was played by Dave Mathews Band.The opening act was Brandi Carlile.

Dave Matthews Band was founded in 1991 in Charlottesville, Virginia. The band consists of Dave Matthews on guitar and vocals, Stefan Lessard on bass, Carter Beauford on the drums, Boyd Tinsley on violin, Tim Reynolds on electric guitar, Rashawn Ross on trumpet, and Jeff Coffin on saxophone.

Dave Matthews Band has a tremendous following and fans travel the country to see the band live. The band has put out numerous studio albums as well as various live albums over the years, and “Away From the World”, the latest studio album, has an expected release of September 2012.

The Dave Matthews Band frontman
joined forces with winemaker Steve Reeder's The Dreaming Tree to be created, a line named after the singer's 1998 tune.

Reeder explains, "Dave and I wanted to make wines that are complex yet approachable - fun wines that are food friendly and available for anyone to enjoy. With The Dreaming Tree wines, we've combined the worlds of wine and music and have created something that we personally enjoy, and enjoy sharing with friends."

The brand offers both red and white blends in the U.S. later this month Oct 2011 and can be purchased.

A diverse picture day festival of music talent performing during the headliners Dave Matthews Band to feature a full set every night, will now held at Randall's Island, as well.

Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds will be teaming up for a pair of acoustic sets

Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds for a couple of acoustic sets will be teaming in the coming weeks which will the extra performance will be met by Dave Matthews Band.

Matthews and Reynolds will alongside each other at the Sunday stop of the Dave Matthews Band Caravan on August 28.

Performance featuring are Dave and Tim together, Sunday's headline will also showcase sets from The Roots and Gogol Bordello.

Gorge Amphitheatre in George, Washington, the pair also worked on the day of the tour stops at the end of the week off will help.

While on 4th September Sunday will also offer up performances of The Low Anthem and Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, fans on the West Coast will get a chance to see three consecutive nights of DMB.
